1. Introduction

Welcome to VibeNikah. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VibeNikah website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

VibeNikah is a matrimonial platform designed to help Muslims find suitable marriage partners in accordance with Islamic values. Our services are available to individuals who are legally able to marry and are seeking marriage.

2. Eligibility

To use VibeNikah, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally single, divorced, or widowed and eligible to marry
• Create only one account per person
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your profile information updated
• Comply with all applicable laws when using our Platform

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts of users who do not meet these eligibility requirements or who misrepresent themselves.

3. Account Creation and Security

When you create an account on VibeNikah:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You may not share your account with any other person
• You may not transfer your account to anyone else

4. User Conduct

When using our Platform, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information in your profile
• Use the Platform for any purpose other than seeking a marriage partner
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code
• Attempt to reverse engineer any aspect of the Platform
• Bypass measures we use to restrict access or use of the Platform
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their permission
• Post content that is offensive, obscene, defamatory, or contrary to Islamic values

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these provisions, including removing objectionable content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting violations to law enforcement authorities.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by VibeNikah, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution

6. User Content

The Platform may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("User Content"). You are responsible for the User Content that you post on or through the Platform, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting User Content on or through the Platform, you grant us the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such User Content on and through the Platform. You retain any and all of your rights to any User Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Platform and you are responsible for protecting those rights.

You represent and warrant that:

• The User Content is yours or you have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms
• The posting of your User Content on or through the Platform does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person

7. Subscription and Payment

Some aspects of the Platform may be available only to paying subscribers. By selecting a subscription plan and providing your payment information, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated for that service. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise specified in these Terms.

We use third-party payment processors to bill you through a payment account linked to your account. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the payment processor in addition to these Terms.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on the Platform. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Platform or delete your account through the settings page. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Platform is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

VibeNikah, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that:

• The Platform will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the Platform will meet your requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VibeNikah, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Any content obtained from the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Platform after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Platform.
